That's right! In one week I'll be off to the triathlon holy land, Kona! I guess now when people ask if I've done that one triathlon in Hawaii I can say Yes, yes I have! Oh, you mean the Ironman World Championships? No, I haven't done that one. But Lavaman, yes!
First multisport race since Ironman Arizona a year and a half ago. First triathlon in March. First ride outside on my tri bike this year. Sounds like a hell of a good time doesn't it? We will see!
I am seriously really excited about this race regardless of how much of a suck fest it is.
